Northville Horse and Rec offers both pasture and indoor boarding. We are pleased to offer the following services and amenities to all of our boarders:

• 15 ft Wide Cement Aisle Ways
• Heated Tack Rooms and Bathrooms
• 80' x 120' Heated Indoor Arena with Overhead Lighting, Sky Lights
• Heated Observation Deck/Lounging Area with Fireplace and Wide Screen Television
• Small Riding Trails on the Property
• Access to Maybury State Park and Northville Township Thayer Park Riding Trails
• Automatic Waters in all Turnout and Pastures
• 2 Wash Stalls with Hot and Cold Water
• Routine Vet, Ferrier and Dentist Scheduling and Handling

Indoor Board- $525 per month
• 10' x 12' Solid Oak, Lighted Stalls with Window in Heated Area
• Rubber Floor Mats in all Stalls over Freshly Clayed Floors
• Daily Turn-out in one of 3 Paddocks (all with automatic water and wood fencing)

Pasture Board- $300 per month
• Portable Stall (available in the barn) in Winter Months for Cooling Horse Before Returning to Pasture
• Free Fed Hay During Winter Months, Open Grazing in Other Months
• Pasture has Wood fencing, Large Run-in Shed, Automatic Water
